Medi-Cal, Long-Term Care, and Asset Protection: Navigating California’s Changing Rules
California’s evolving Medi-Cal and long-term care rules can significantly impact clients’ assets, housing decisions, and estate planning strategies. Join us for an informative session with Thermon “Rick” Holliday as he explores key changes in California’s Medi-Cal landscape, common planning pitfalls, and important considerations for financial and estate planning professionals.
Through practical, real-world examples, Rick will highlight how advisors can help clients navigate long-term care options while balancing asset protection goals and making informed decisions about their future. Attendees will gain valuable insights to support more productive client conversations and better prepare clients for the financial implications of long-term care.
